He has over 25 years of experience in fintech, financial services and capital markets. As a former Managing Director at Nomura, he gained knowledge of banks' needs in risk allocation, management, and funding strategies. Specializing in distressed and illiquid assets within financial services, he has established himself as a proficient professional in the Non-Performing Exposure (NPE) segment. He served as Chief Business Officer and Executive Director at NPL Markets, playing a key role in building an innovative credit platform providing technological solutions for banks, asset managers, and servicers across Europe and Latin America for managing, evaluating, analyzing, reporting and trading non-performing and performing assets. In this role, he oversaw all commercial operations, client relationships and product development, focusing on strategic planning, performance analysis and driving growth and profitability.

Shri Hari Hara Mishra is a former State Bank of India banker (1982-2004) who joined India's first Asset Reconstruction Company in 2004. He has held executive and director roles in various ARCs and contributed to significant industry reports, including the Key Advisory Group report on ARCs (2011) and the Indian Banks Association’s NPA sale process report (2012). Currently, he is a member of the IBA working group on ARCs (2023).
A prolific writer on distressed debt, insolvency, and finance, he won Marketwatch’s 2013 Readers’ Choice award for investing columnists. He frequently participates in industry panel discussions.

Guilherme joined Jive after 4 years at Lehman Brothers, from 2007 – 2011, where he worked first at the LATAM Fixed Income desk in New York and then as de facto liquidator of Lehman Brothers operations at LATAM. Before joining the financial services industry, Guilherme worked as a corporate lawyer for seven years in Brazil and New York at the law firms Machado Meyer, Pinheiro Guimarães, and Sidley Austin.
He got his LL.B from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2000 and went on to earn his LL.M at Columbia University, where he was named a James Kent Scholar for graduating in the top 2% of his class.

His unique experience in both banking and structured finance means that he often leads projects that have both features. He has a multidisciplinary skill set, provides an integrated approach and has deep market knowledge across both sectors.
