The delegates listed in this Booking Form hereby agree to SmithNovak processing their personal data in line with the terms and conditions of SmithNovak's Privacy Policy. .
SmithNovak reserves the right to refuse entry to an event by any delegate or to remove any delegate from an event or block them from an Online Event Platform without any liability for any reason and at its sole discretion.
On completion of a SmithNovak Booking Form an invoice will be issued requiring payment within 14 calendar days, unless otherwise specified by separate agreement such as a Sponsor Contract. Payment to be made by bank transfer only. Interest will be charged on all overdue payments at 8% per year above the reference rate published by the European Central Bank (which interest will accrue daily until the date of actual payment, be compounded quarterly, and be payable on demand). A fixed charge of £/€40, £/€70 or £/€100 depending on the size of the debt (under £/€1,000, under £/€10,000, and higher) may also be charged, plus additional reasonable costs incurred. Currency of the fixed charge (£/€) is dependent on the currency in which the invoice was issued.
If Registration is made during the last 14 days prior to the event, payment must be made immediately by bank transfer. If payment has not been received prior to the Event, admission may be refused.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, for cancellations made 30 calendar days or more before the conference date, no charges will apply. For cancellations made 29 days or less before the event, full payment of the delegate fee is due. Full payment is also required for no-shows. Substitution of participants by colleagues or moving to other SmithNovak events is possible by prior written agreement only. Changing the venue, content or timing of the program of this event due to reasons beyond our control are not deemed as grounds for a refund of registration fees.
If for any reason beyond its control including, but not limited to government restrictions imposed in relation to Covid-19, SmithNovak must cancel or postpone the Event, delegates will be given the option to transfer to the new postponed date or to another event run by SmithNovak, or a full refund of the Entrance ticket price. In such instance, SmithNovak will not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred by delegates as a result of cancellation or postponement of the Event.
Neither party will be liable for any losses arising out of a Force Majeure Event (including but not limited to power failures, industrial disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, explosions, fires, floods, riots, terrorist attacks, pandemics and wars).
Although SmithNovak's event programmes are correct at the time of publication, we may exchange the format, content, venue, speakers, hosts, moderators and/or timing of an event. SmithNovak shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify all participants of any such changes prior to an event.
